Our mission is to advocate for and on behalf of LGBTQIA+ first responders and military members, educate first responders in LGBTQIA+ cultural humility, and provide community outreach to advance relations between the LGBTQIA+ public and first responder agencies.

We are committed to giving back to the local Philadelphia community through our partnerships with various organizations. We are passionate about participating in events promoting positive relations between the LGBTQIA+ community and first responders and agencies.
We strive to bridge the gap between first responders and the LGBTQIA+ community by providing them with the necessary tools, resources, and training to serve their community best. Our efforts have trained more than 300 first responders in the past two years.
We regularly advocate for and on
behalf of LGBTQIA+ first responders and military members by engaging local leaders, employers, and community members. We also assist individuals seeking advice on self-advocating in their respective agencies. Reach out!
