Memorial Scholarship Application

Dante' was a law enforcement officer, a Veteran, a friend, an uncle, a son, a brother, and a fierce LGBTQIA+ activist. He was also the best of us.

Eligibility Criteria: To apply for this scholarship, you must already be enrolled full or part-time at an accredited college, university, or vocational-technical school. Additionally, your major or program of study must be related to emergency services, public safety, mental health/counseling, psychology or social work, and you must have an Interest in advancing the emergency services/public safety profession or mental health services for the LGBTQIA+ community in the Philadelphia area.

Please upload a letter of acceptance from your school/institution indicating your enrollment and program of study. This document should be on school/institution letterhead and have your personal information on the record. Failure to submit proper documentation will result in your application not being reviewed.

Please tell us about your educational and career goals, and how you will specifically impact the LGBTQIA+ community in the Philadelphia area through the education you are pursuing. Be as specific as possible and include your short and long-term goals.
