Memorial Scholarship Application

Dante' was a law enforcement officer, a Veteran, a friend, an uncle, a son, a brother, and a fierce LGBTQIA+ activist. He was also the best of us.

Eligibility Criteria: To apply for this scholarship, you must already be enrolled full or part-time at an accredited college, university, or vocational-technical school. Additionally, your major or program of study must be related to emergency services, public safety, mental health/counseling, psychology or social work, and you must have an Interest in advancing the emergency services/public safety profession or mental health services for the LGBTQIA+ community in the Philadelphia area.

This document should be on school/institution letterhead and have your personal information on the record. Failure to submit proper documentation will result in your application not being reviewed.
